Driving Under the Influence (DUI) - The Law
Definition: Driving while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance affecting ability to drive safely.
Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) Limits:
- 0.00% BAC = Zero tolerance in some cases
- 0.05% = Professional drivers (stricter)
- 0.10% = Maximum for ordinary drivers
Testing Methods: Breathalyzer test, blood test, sobriety test
Penalties for DUI:
