Traffic signs ay ang legal instructions sa kalsada. Tatlong pangunahing uri based sa color at shape.

Regulatory/Prohibitive
Bawal! Command mo sundin at once. Penalties kung di obey.
Examples: STOP, No Entry, No Parking, No Overtaking
⚠️ Yellow (Triangle)
Warning/Caution
Mag-ingat! Alert ka ahead ng danger ahead.
Examples: Slippery Road, Curve Ahead, Pedestrian Crossing, School Area
🟦 Blue/Green (Rectangle)
Informative/Guidance
Guide lang, hindi prohibition. Useful info lang.
Examples: Exit, Hospital, Hotel, Parking, Direction Signs

Ang road markings (painted lines) ay instructions din! Dapat alam mo meaning ng bawat linya.

3. Road Markings on Pavement 🛣️
Common Pavement Markings
🟨 Solid Yellow Line (Along Curb): Parking prohibited during certain times (bawal mag-park)
🟥 Solid Red Line (Along Curb): No parking anytime (strictly bawal)
⬜ White Perpendicular Lines: Parking space markers (can park between these)
△ Triangle Markings: Keep clear areas (bawal mag-park dito)
Zebra/Pedestrian Crossing: White striped area - drivers must yield to pedestrians

5. Speed Limits & Regulations 🚗
Philippine Speed Limits
- Residential Areas / Schools: 20 km/h maximum
- Business Districts: 40 km/h maximum
- Regular City Streets: 60 km/h maximum
- Highways (Non-expressway): 80 km/h maximum
- Expressways (NLEX, SLEX, etc.): 100 km/h maximum
- NOTE: Adjust speed based on road conditions, weather, visibility
6. Overtaking Rules 🔄
✅ You CAN Overtake When:
- Road is clear ahead
- Broken white line sa lane mo
- Oncoming traffic sufficient distance
- Not near pedestrian crossing
- Not in intersection
- Vehicle ahead is slow
❌ BAWAL Overtake When:
- Double yellow line
- Solid white line sa lane mo
- Oncoming vehicle too close
- Pedestrian crossing visible
- At intersection or curve
- Hill/elevated area (limited view)
- Speed below overtaking speed

A: Absolutely no overtaking or crossing from either direction. Violation mo yan.
