Renewal is based on your Plate Number's ending digit:

Step-by-Step Process (New Registration)
- Prepare Documents: Gather all required documents (sales invoice, COC, clearance)
- Get Medical Certificate: Physical exam (for drivers first registration)
- Visit LTO Office: Go to nearest LTO office with documents
- Get Number: Take queue ticket, wait for your turn
- Submit Documents: Present docs at counter, clerk checks completeness
- Pay Registration Fee: Fee depends on vehicle type/engine displacement
- Vehicle Inspection: Physical inspection ng vehicle (conduction, engine, chassis)
