About the Civil Service Exam

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) administers the Career Service Examination for Professional and Subprofessional levels. Qualified applicants may take either level regardless of educational attainment. Applicants must be Filipino citizens, at least 18 years old when filing, and meet the CSC's other admission requirements. Passing grants the corresponding civil service eligibility; appointment also depends on the education, training, experience, and other qualifications required for the position.
